Video Course Distribution and Licensing Policy
(視頻課程分發及授權政策)

1. Purpose (目的)

This policy establishes the guidelines for the distribution and use of our video courses, ensuring protection of intellectual property and compliance with applicable laws.
本政策建立了我們視頻課程的分發和使用準則，以確保知識產權的保護和遵守相關法律。

2. Access Restrictions (訪問限制)

1. Eligibility (資格): Access to the video course is strictly limited to students who have purchased the course.
   訪問視頻課程僅限於已購買該課程的學生。
2. Prohibition of Distribution (禁止分發): Students are not permitted to distribute the video course to any other individuals or post it on any external platforms.
   學生不得將視頻課程分發給其他人或在任何外部平台上發布。
3. Course Materials (課程材料): All course materials are exclusively for the enrolled course and cannot be shared or distributed to others.
   所有課程材料僅限於註冊的課程，不能分享或分發給他人。

3. Intellectual Property Rights (知識產權)

All courses and materials are subject to Hong Kong property rights. Unauthorized use or distribution is a violation of these rights.
所有課程及材料均受香港知識產權保護。未經授權的使用或分發均為對這些權利的違反。

4. Enforcement (執行)

Legal action will be taken against any individual or entity found to be engaging in illegal distribution or violation of this policy.
對於任何從事非法分發或違反本政策的個人或實體，將採取法律行動。

5. Reporting Violations (舉報違規行為)

Any suspected violations should be reported to the designated authority for immediate investigation.
